PROJECT DESCRIPTION The architectural program was to develop a narrow, infill site situated within an established multi-family zone in the City of San Luis Obispo with studio apartments for college students and young professionals. Each dwelling unit has private outdoor space and there are several outdoor common area spaces for the inhabitants to interact and socialize.

Design Features:

Built in furniture – frees up dwelling unit for space during the daytime

Daylight tubes – balance light in dwelling unit

Electric mini-split HVAC units – efficient, compact, individually controlled units

Photovoltaic panels - offset energy use on site

On Site Laundry – on every floor for inhabitants
