TISDALE RESIDENCE
LOCATION: pismo beach, CA.
Custom Residence on a 35% sloping lot located in Pismo Beach, CA. Great care was taken to maximize the building envelope within the City's strict zoning ordinance to create this quiet yet dynamic dwelling. The design concept was to have a strong, vertical circulation spine with separate living areas off the spine. The green and wood earth tone color/material palette were chosen to help the dwelling to blend into the tree studded open space below the dwelling.
