"We were planning a major kitchen and bath remodel in our 1930s Spanish Revival. The remodel would include the removal of a load bearing wall, expansion of the space, as well as 3 total bathroom remodels, and the addition of a new ¾ bath. All of these areas would include complete tear down and gutting of the current space. We had an idea of what we were looking for, but working with Danciart Architecture really brought everything together. We worked with Peter who provided multiple drafts and a full set of plans for the remodel detailing everything we needed. He took the time via email, phone, and in person to really inquire as to what we wanted and suggested ideas throughout the planning and development of the project. His experience provided the foresight and vision for many of the areas we simply did not consider. He was a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Peter went the extra mile in taking care of the plan check, oversight of the project, and even helped us figure out budgeting, and looking for a good contractor. He has a great eye and brought some very modern ideas to our home, while still keeping with the Spanish Revival theme we wanted to maintain.
